01Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on bd29, accessing any feature of the bd29 platform, or placing a bet or wager through bd29, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bd29 ("the Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use bd29.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by bd29, including but not limited to: the online casino, live casino, sports betting, crash games, and all promotional offers. bd29 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02Eligibility

To open and use a bd29 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bd29 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not located in, or acting on behalf of a person located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a bd29 account suspended or closed by bd29 for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person.

03Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one bd29 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single player ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. bd29 monitors for duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close duplicates and confiscate associated funds.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd29 account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your bd29 account, whether by you or by any unauthorised party who has accessed your account, is your sole responsibility. bd29 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.
• bd29 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawals.

bd29 does not permit accounts to be transferred, sold, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bd29 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd29 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bd29 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering control.
• bd29 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending identity verification.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be met in full before a withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an unmet rollover constitutes a breach of bonus terms.
• bd29 may withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. The Player will be notified and given an opportunity to respond.

05Bonuses and Promotions

bd29 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on bd29 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have met the eligibility criteria in Clause 2 of these Terms & Conditions and are in good standing with bd29.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion will be stated in that promotion's terms.
• bd29 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled, any wagering requirement already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who open duplicate accounts in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts closed and all winnings forfeited.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full. Real-money funds deposited by the player that are not part of a bonus promotion are not subject to wagering requirements.

06Games and Betting Rules

All games available on bd29 are provided by certified third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems for digital games, or by physical equipment operated by professional dealers for live casino games. bd29 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.

• All bets placed on bd29 are final once confirmed. bd29 will not void or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a documented technical malfunction, or where the integrity of a sporting event has been officially compromised.
• bd29 reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes and maximum win amounts per session, per day, or per event at its absolute discretion. Limits may vary by game, event, and player account status.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, bd29 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. bd29's decision in such matters is final.
• bd29 reserves the right to refuse any bet or void any winning at its discretion if it determines that the bet was placed fraudulently, in collusion with others, or in a manner that exploits a technical error in the pricing or game logic.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bd29. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Attempting to reverse deposits, initiate chargebacks, or otherwise manipulate payment transactions after bets have been placed and settled ("chargeback fraud").
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or using bd29 to process proceeds of illegal activity. bd29 is required by applicable regulations to report suspicious financial activity.
• Colluding with other players or bd29 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Registering under a false identity, using another person's payment method without their consent, or providing forged documents during a KYC check.

bd29 reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct in its sole discretion. Any winnings generated as a direct or indirect result of prohibited conduct will be voided and forfeited, regardless of the manner in which they were generated.

08Responsible Gaming

bd29 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. bd29 provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount to control your spending.
• Session time limits: set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off period: temporarily suspend your bd29 account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: permanently close your bd29 account and request that you not be re-admitted to the platform for a minimum period of six months.

bd29 encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. 09Account Suspension and Termination

bd29 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7.
• Failure to pass identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a request from bd29.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving the account.
• A player's voluntary request to self-exclude or permanently close their account.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance not subject to an active wagering requirement or under investigation for fraud will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC checks. Funds associated with bonus balances under an unmet rollover requirement will be forfeited on account closure.

10Limitation of Liability

bd29 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd29 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to: warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the platform. bd29 does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, bugs, or technical interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd29's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of bd29 shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bd29 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the bd29 platform, including but not limited to: the bd29 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and compiled code, is the intellectual property of bd29 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bd29 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the bd29 platform without express prior written consent from bd29.

12Privacy

bd29 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using bd29, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bd29's Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy. Players are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full before registering an account.

13Amendments to These Terms

bd29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bd29 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the player's registered contact details. The updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.
